Em, you may need to resize the picture to smaller than 300 kb, and it probably should be smaller than 400 pixels wide too.

Can you tutor me on how to resize a picture? I couldn’t find a way to do it in iPhoto.

The best way is to export the picture from the File menu. You should have the option of the size that you want. If you choose 400 pixels wide, the height should auto-adjust.
