i give up |

to everyone: how do you make it so that when you save a picture as 3″ square or so, and then upload and post it, it’s not HUGE, even if you choose a small thumbnail? and further, how do you look at pictures you’ve uploaded already, so that you can delete them or retrieve one and get a thumbnail for it or whatever? thank you.

You should be using pixels as a gauge, rather than inches. Whatever image editing program you use should allow that. 400 is probably the maximum width this layout will accommodate.

  2. Jessica:

Or use flickr.com — the site ryan suggested earlier. Once you’re set up there and have added pictures, you can click a button that says “blog this” and it does it all for you (and even allows you to add a comment that appears right next to the photo as I did with the pic of Ryan below)

  3. Ryan:

That’s probably the best way, all things considered. There’s a bit of heavy lifting to see/remove pictures using this blogging software, unfortunately. It’s not as automated as it could be. Flickr makes everything better, even edamame.
