Hurray for you! I’m impressed! Wish I could say the same. My loss is 2 lbs.
Just visited Paula and Bob in Salt Lake and both have lost weight. Bob-25 and Paula-20. Okay, maybe I’ll really get on the bandwagon now.

Ryan, at Christmastime, will you dramatically roll a wheelbarrow into the room loaded with 30 pounds of lard to symbolize what you lost? I think that would really help me get an appreciation for this accomplishment. Thank you.

Ryen – Nice work! I am impressed! I have had the thought that maybe once I have this baby – a long time after – I would go on the 30-day juice fast. Not necessarily to lose weight, but to lose my cravings for processed sugar and white bread, etc. I’ve heard it works. (I am actually chomping down a few hot tamales as I write this @ 9:34 am.

Yay Ryan! I bet you are one good-looking dude. Please tell me your secret. I think when all is said and done I’ll be looking at 60 pounds of wheelbarrow lard myself.

I’m sorry that I don’t have a lot of pictures, although you can see some early results from the recent wedding I attended at flickr.com/photos/monoglot.
