I’m definitely a 17 %er. How about the folks who own the name? Tsk, tsk, Sarah. It’s not “oll”, but “oil”, so that you’re hearing 2 syllables, not 3 as with “oyl”. It’s a more cultured sound. And that not an Idaho thing.
17% for this Craig. I never wanted a name that had different ways to be pronounced. How do you say “Aaron”? And was my punctuation there incorrect? Alas, Mom, you say “ole” as well as “tolelet.” Don’t deny it.
I’m 17% too. Your punctuation was correct. Sometimes I say data like “dayta.” Maybe all the time. After work today I had hot chocolate and a rice krispie treat and now I can’t bring myself to unload the dishwasher.
