Jessica’s job | July 18th, 2006
The cover story of this month’s Penn alumni magazine is about the Kelly Writers House. There are a couple of pictures of Jessica and although she isn’t quoted, she and her new job are mentioned on the fourth page. Hooray wife!

That’s awesome, Jessica. I understand a little bit better why it is difficult to concisely define the Writer’s House and what your job will be. Everyone in the article seemed to be celebrating its abstraction. But I am impressed and think you will be wonderful at the job.

Jessica, the Kelly House looks so fun and your job so dynamic and stimulating! Congratulations.

Yeah — the job is often quite abstract, even on days when there’s practical work to be done! I think I’ll love. it.
We leave for Kenya on the 26th — very soon!
