I missed posting in March, so I’ll write now what I would have said then. The boys brought home great report cards and Elliot, especially, has shown a lot of growth in the classroom. This kid used to have much trouble staying on task and finishing his assignments in class. He was not at all motivated to pick up a book and read when he had free time. Now, wha-la, see what his teacher had to say:
“Elliot is a wonderful student. He is a strong student academically and socially. Elliot sets a good example for his peers. He is always working hard and staying on task. Elliot has improved his AR reading in class. I am proud to see him engaged with books when he finishes assignments. I appreciate Elliot’s kind heart and his desire to excel! Keep up the good work!”
It brings a little tear to my eye.

What a great young man! Elliot shared his vast knowledge of animal and science facts on the way home from Utah. Very impressive for a 7 year old!

My eyes got a little misty too. Way to go, Elliot!
